Uno dei più famosi sommelier Americani, Mark Oldman è l'autore del vendutissimo libro: Oldman's Guide to Outsmarting Wine (Penguin Books), definito come perfetto dalla rivista Wine Enthusiast e vincitore del premio Duboeuf “Miglior libro di vini dell’anno”. La guida di Oldman è stata pubblicata anche in Giappone e quattro esemplari sono presenti anche in Francia. </p><p>Appassionato di vino e trascinatore degli amanti di vino nell’uccisione della noia e della presunzione, Mark è il giudice principale nella nuova serie televisiva “The Winemakers “ del canale PBS e appare regolarmente ai migliori festival gastronomici del paese, compreso il Boston Wine Expo e Aspen Food and Wine Classic. Ha fatto diverse pubblicazioni e contribuisce a scrivere una colonna in merito al vino e sceglie le fotografie di vini per il magazine Everyday with Rachel Ray.</p><p> L’approccio orientato al cliente tipico di Mark e la dedizione all’educazione hanno guidato tutti i suoi sforzi.
